Sales Executive

Main Scope of Job

The Sales Executive will play a central role in the organisation’s sales process. In this role, the Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating opportunities, nurturing prospects, closing deals, supporting in the promotion of company events to interested parties, and championing the brand to potential customers.

Achieving this will require fulfilling duties such as partaking in Sales and Marketing campaigns, creating long-lasting relationships with customers, partners and prospects, building upon an existing Microsoft relationship, actively networking within target audiences, forecasting results, updating the sales CRM, participating in activities such as webinars, and working with partnered sales teams for joint results.

Specific Responsibilities:

Regular communication with existing customers

Generate business from prospects, partners and customers

Build and nurture a network through which sales goals can be achieved

Forecast and deliver on sales targets

Generate new leads and participate in lead generation campaigns with the Marketing department

Represent the brand with the utmost professionalism, reflecting our core values and tone of voice

Support the organisation by promoting events, solutions, services, and useful insights

Maintain the sales CRM with fresh insights, relevant data, and ongoing transparency

Work directly with the sales representatives of our partner companies to generate joint opportunities

Work closely with Microsoft colleagues, and position Microsoft solutions and products to customers and prospects

General Duties

Generally speaking, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation through their continued sales activities.

Please note: travelling to visit customers will be required once COVID-19 regulations ease.
