We’re not the most corporate of companies. This isn’t to say we aren’t professional, but we don’t like to waste people’s time trying to impress them with jargon and fancy clothes. We prefer to impress with our work. We work flexibly with you and your team, so to get you to where you need to be.
The first step of our process is a workshop where we take the time to get to know your team and how your business works. We use this information to design what we think would work best for you, and talk you through our high level design.
The next stage is implementation. We do this both on-premises and remotely depending on the requirements of the project. Our team are trained to fit seamlessly into your offices working discreetly when necessary.
We typically format the design phase of an engagement with a initial day long workshop with key stakeholders to get a high-level picture of the current business and the requirements going forward. Data collated during these workshops are then used to build a Statement of Work and High-Level Design document.
Once signed off, another round of more in-depth workshops take place with the specific stake holders to drill into the specifics of the requirements and a Low-Level Design is produced. This document continues as a living document throughout implementation to allow configuration details to be added.
This completely depends on the size of the project, but typically a day for the high-level workshops and between 1 and 3 days for the low-level workshops.
In the workshop we aim to cover what your business is trying to achieve, defining the scope and the methodology we will take to ensure a smooth implementation.
Stakeholders in any connected system will need to input during the design phase. The key recommendation for the workshops however is to not invite everyone! Keep them intimate as this keeps the room focused. Others will have their chance to input with document reviews.
